Sharing the Love of the Game
I started this web site to provide a resource to young athletes and their parents to find all the necessary tools to become a better basketball player. I have developed the information offered on the site over my career as a coach to offer lots of free instructional content - Please use it all and use it freely! The reason for the focus on basketball videos as a training tool is that I found that I learned quite a bit about the game from attending camps and hearing other successful coaches speak. While it is not possible to relate those experiences directly to you exactly the way the sessions were presented, I found that the coaching and instructional vides were the next best thing to actually being there. As many of fellow coaches say - Even Better - because you get to watch them over and over again.
From the perspective of a coach and parent the items found on this site have helped our kids to thoroughly enjoy the game of basketball. I always enjoyed the latest basketball videos and training aid as a way to see if they could make my players better. I compiled a list of the best videos and training aids I have found to help my players learn the game more effectively over the last few years and they are listed on the site. I always welcome feedback or product recommendations - please let me know how to make the site more useful to you.
